We cannot say enough good words about Jay Hooks! He is professional, a great communicator and went above and beyond in helping us with the purchase of our new home. He kept us up to date on every stage of our purchase, coordinating with the seller’s agent. He gave us good advice in drafting our offer as well as recommendations on extra asks from the builder. He was always available to meet at the new house for inspections, measuring inside, or assessing the lot and drainage. Overall he did whatever it took to make us feel comfortable with the process.
