Jason was incredible to work with! With his expertise, we had an offer on our house within just 1 day of listing, then he walked us through the rest of the process of selling and buying! Besides his expertise, the other thing that made a huge difference for us was his connections. We needed a roofer, electrician, and some other contractors as well and he helped us find people who would get the job done at a reasonable price. He answered all of our questions quickly and made the whole moving experience much easier. Thanks, Jason!

Jason was excellent in helping us both buy and sell. We put our house on the market the weekend covid hit MN. He was extremely helpful in navigating the uncertainty and laying out our options in clear, thoughtful ways. He was very responsive and took time to drive to MSP to look at houses, whether it was one or ten. He also made time to put in an urgent offer even if he had to pull over on his way home to do so.

Jason is amazing! As first time homebuyers during the peak of the COVID-19 closures, and buying from out of state Jason made the process smoother than we ever expected! He was always willing to hop on a call, very responsive to emails, ready to have zoom tours when we wanted to see a house, and still just as helpful even after closing on our home. We appreciate all the work he put in to help us come home and we would definitely work with him again!

Jason was ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE and ALWAYS WILLING TO JUMP FOR US TO LOOK AT A HOUSE IMMEDIATELY!!! He was VERY Sweet and polite and had our BEST interest at heart! He even provided us with knowledge and answered questions we didnt know by truthful and honest to the best of his ability. We will DEFINITELY refer him to all out friends and family in the future!!!

He came to our first meeting armed with market analysis and comparables. Gave us a to do list on how to depersonalize our home. He then had a professional photographer come in and once our listing was live, we had showings after showings lined up! We sold in two days with a small bidding war. Very pleased with Jason and his team’s services.
