What a great experience working with the Janel Morgan team! Our situation was more complicated than most, as it was selling a townhouse (so HOA rules and regulations apply) AND it was part of our daughter's estate so far more emotionally taxing. They were kind, considerate, patient, diligent, and clear in explaining what we should anticipate all along the process. We especially appreciated their continual reassurance & guidance. They were flexible and accommodating, making us very grateful for their upbeat, positive and REFRESHING attitude!

I've been buying and selling real estate long enough to know the difference between a team that just lists your property and one that actually markets it. Janel Morgan and her team were professional, responsive, and knew the market. Showings came in fast and in abundance. We came across Janel by God’s doing, she was the agent on a house we wanted to see. We were a bit hesitant to have the same realtor as the seller, until the minute we spoke to Janel and could tell she was so trustworthy and knowledgeable. As first time homebuyers, she made the process as easy as humanly possible, assuring us if we didn’t get this house she would help us find another no problem. She was a true blessing to people like us who had no idea what we were doing. It was easy to tell it wasn’t her first rodeo! From her professional custom packets on home-buying to her confident and kind demeanor, my husband and I never once worried about where we were at in the process. Her level of detail from start to finish has been outstanding. My one piece of advice: Take any referral she gives you. Everyone she connected us with had service that was above and beyond. I tell everyone now that if they are buying or selling they need to connect with Janel!!
