Heidi was great to work with. She took her time on the initial walk through of the house and her write up describing the house was great. She was available for questions during the entire process and was knowledgeable when questions arose. Heidi also supports Veterans and participates in the home of heros program which waives a portion of her commission.

We would not be sitting in the house of our dreams if it wasn't for our good fortune to walk into an advertised open house and be welcomed by the friendly face of Heidi Voigt. She explained how she was available to educate us on the entire home selling and home buying experience - and boy was she right! With our numerous questions, we promptly received emails, texts and/or phone calls from Heidi with answers or with action steps that we needed to take along the way. It was thanks to her consistent efforts working with our buyer's agent that we were able to sell and purchase homes on the same date. She is amazingly hard working, kind, honest, and has the knowledge and expertise that a realtor needs to navigate through various situations. If we had to choose one trait that we feel sets Heidi and her staff apart, it would be the communication that was provided to us throughout this process, and having her support in our corner helped us get through the "waiting game". At the end of the day, not only did we successfully sell our home in a timely matter, which allowed us to buy the house we wanted, but we feel we gained a new friend along the way. I recently sold my house with Voigt Johnson Realty of Sartell MN. I had the pleasure of working with Heidi Voigt. Heidi was very professional and an excellent communicator. She frequently would call or text to keep me posted on all aspects of the process. I believe I had an offer on my house within 7-10 days of listing. That offer progressed to closing. Heidi is the best! Heidi helped us with both a complex sale, and purchase. Throughout the process we encountered endless obstacles due to the nature of the sale, and Heidi was with us every step of the way. Without her dedication to service, we wouldn't have even known where to start on most of these issues, but she not only pointed us in the right direction, but she also provided us with excellent professionals to work with ranging from tax professionals to septic services.
