Pete and Kim were absolutely astounding. We had some unanticipated obstacles with closing on the sale of our home and they moved mountains and took the stress off of our plates. This is the third house I've bought/sold over the years and they have always gone above and beyond in every situation. Full price sale on both of my home sales also over the past 10 years!

Pete was absolutely wonderful to work with. We went through him for the purchase and sale of our home, and it was like having a friend on the inside working for you. He really cares about his clients and the community he works in. Would recommend Pete to anyone we know. Hoping we get to work with him again in the future.

Pete and Kim went above and beyond in all aspects of home buying and selling for us! They were with us for the entire process of selling the old home and buying the new home. Very responsive to any questions about the process and cared about how we were handling the stress of the process. Their support through the process was greater than what I expected. They have even followed up since moving in!

Pete Matanich and his Team were phenomenal from the beginning to the end of our sales process. He always seemed to have our best interest in mind, and went well out of his way to keep all of us up to date and informed of important events.As an example: Because we were not within easy driving distance to our property, Pete would have no problem checking to make sure the house was kept in good shape and ready to be shown at a moments notice.Pete and his co-workers were professional as well as easy to get in touch with, returning calls in a very timely manner.

Kim and Pete are a Husband/Wife team who are AWESOME to work with. Pete handles all the technical stuff in the background (Running Comps, Writing up Contract's Etc) While Kim keeps the train on the rails! (Keeps you informed of everything going on in the process, shows up at your door step at all hours to answer any questions you may have, and helps the photographer to get some of the best staged shots you will ever see.) So really you have Brawn and Beauty all in one package when you sign up to work with them. They are extremely low pressure, they want you to be happy, and will do whatever it takes to not only get the job done, negotiate the deal, but to make sure your happy after most realtors would have "Made the sale" and moved on - Since we are both busy with our schedules I had never envisioned I would be writing up offers until midnight at our kitchen tablet - but it happened. They are truly 100% about you! This is not my first real estate transaction, as I have dealt with other realtors before in the home purchasing process and Pete and Kim blew them away, If we ever decide to move (Which I doubt) but things can happen, we will definitely call them no matter how many other realtors have fancy billboards or radio advertisements! Even in 20 years if we decide to move, and Pete and Kim have retired, I think I will still make a phone call and try to talk them into it anyways! They made this whole process Fun, and as Stress Less as it can be, and we truly LOVE our new home they helped us find, and SOLD our house in 22 Hours!! Thanks Again Pete and Kim!! -Jordan

Compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable! It was a crazy emotional ride, both selling and buying! Pete was amazing to work with! He does so much behind the sceens to make everything smooth and worry free. Pete has great ideas for selling using simple upgrades. He opens your eyes to many possibilities helping to find a home that fits!

Pete and Kim showed us many properties that fell into our budget. We were able to choose a house to purchase. Pete and Kim were very knowledgeable about the home buying process and helped clue us in on things we weren't familiar with. They also helped us negotiate a better price for the property we chose.

My wife and I had met with a couple realtors before meeting Kim and Pete. Although Pete was always great every time we dealt with him, we dealt mostly with Kim. There aren't enough kind words in the dictionary to describe our experience while dealing with Kim. She not only made our home buying experience productive (we got the house) but also made it extremely pleasant and enjoyable. There were times when we had a bunch of things that we had to sign and she would tend to our 1.5 year old daughter so that we could have time to read over documents. She allowed me to call her for little things, even just the piece of mind in knowing everything was going to work out (I am a worrier). Due to my work schedule there were times where she came come out to my apartment and picked up documents that needed to be taken into town and she would go drop them off for me or my wife... WHO DOES THAT? I would 100% recommend Kim and Pete to assist in finding a home for anyone that is needing a fast, friendly and effective realtor. Thank you Kim for being awesome! We hope you are still doing this in 10-15 years when we are looking for our forever home... I would hate to have to go through someone else.
