We met Jan to see a home. We felt immediately forced to sign a contract as we walked in the kitchen and were told we could not see the home without signing. Her services were not explained nor was the contract. We were never given a copy though we requested it. She asked us few questions, rushed us through homes which seemed to be the majority of her agency and co office realtor listings. We felt she was not helpful or objective and provided minimal information. She was not at the inspection which was done late and was not helpful in the least sending only an email to let her know if any questions. We were not given enough hoa information. She sent the buyers realtor to our inspection. She ceased most all communication with us after i expressed dissatisfaction with her services. We were sent a not nice letter saying talk to a lawyer. One of the top worst experiences of my life. Totally unprofessionalShe also seemed to be as much of more partial to the seller and the sellers realtor If only we had gotten a lawyer and walked away
She was Knowledgeable in our area of need, prompt to answer all our many questions, always gracious during stressful times, repeatedly went "above & beyond the call of duty." She carefully explained all the details of each transaction and kept us informed of any changes. If I ever have needed a realtor again, we'd certainly want it to be Jan.
Jan answered all our questions, and returned all our calls very quickly. She is very professional. Because we were so far away in California she had to help us more than usual, Mary and I have formed a lasting friendship with Jan and her husband that we expect to last a long time.
I had not moved in over 30 years and Jan helped me every step of the way! She recommended a retirement community and house that was perfect for me. She also gave excellent advice and guidance in order to sell my previous home. Jan is very professional and at the same time a good friend. She is the best!
Jan undertook to help up buy on a buy that turned out to be a nightmare because the bank reneged on its commitment. Jan and her staff were always ahead of the process and we eventually got the sale completed. She then found a buyer for our place before the listing was cold.
