It was a pleasure working with James and his team. I find selling a home to be extremely stressful. The Knurek Team made it so much easier. They had such great advice and knowledge, they supported us through the whole process. They helped us devise a plan and checked in numerous times. They were always willing to take time out to come over and check in with us when we needed their advice. The pictures of our house that they used for the listing were so tastefully done, it actually made us ask ourselves why we were selling our house! They explained every step so we were prepared for it. We were out of town when we had our showings and open house, the Knurek Team went to our house and made sure that everything was perfect. I truly appreciated that. They kept us updated throughout the whole selling process. We never had to wonder what was going on. We felt that we were their priority. Used to the Knurek team to sell my house in March 2024. James initially walked through the house with me and made recommendations for those things that might make my house appeal more to buyers while cautioning me against spending money on those that would not add value ( some of which I had planned to do). With projects that were likely beyond my scope, he helped by offering a list of professionals that were both reasonable and timely. Not having been in the housing market for many years, I appreciated his explanation of current market conditions, and those things to consider when timing the sale and determining an asking price for my home. I most appreciated his communication style. He was very respectful, answered any question I had promptly (even if it was after business hours) , and kept me well informed with every offer that came in. He also educated me in factors to consider when evaluating an offer. Because of James, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I would highly recommend him to anyone getting ready to sell .
