Ami is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. She has more energy than three people. She is always willing to go out and find the right house for the right price regardless of how long it takes. She is also a very busy person, but will make sure if she cannot make it then one of her staff will be there in her place. She always follows up with you personally in these cases to get your input on both her staff and the property. This is my 2nd home purchase with Ami and her staff. I would most definitely buy another with Ami exclusively.

Moving from California, and having only 72 hours to find a house, Amy was right on it! We corresponded prior to our flight to Connecticut with our likes, dislikes, budget, etc. Once in CT, and after viewing just three houses, she said "Okay, I now know what you are interested in". She mapped out properties that fit our desires. And she came through. By the end of our visit, we had purchased a house that is just what we looking for. Honest, knowledgeable, quick to understand, good communication. Thanks to Amy, we found our new home and moved in just 6 weeks later!

We worked with Amy and her staff in selling our home in Vernon and buying a home in Manchester. This was a very difficult market plus the complication of COVI regulations. Team Rio worked hard to get things done. We had been in our home for 24+ years, so we were not familiar with the process. It was so hard to reach her. My chances of reaching a celebrity were better I would say. The worst part was she didn't even communicate that seller has not agreed to a critical discount I have asked - I only learnt when I was signing the agreement, and of course she is not answerable as she won't even pick the phone. Your only option is to go ahead with buy or leave - And I am sure I would have got the call if I would have said that I am moving out of the deal. If you are buying for the first time then this not the kind of experience you would like to have.
