We had a wonderful experience working with James. We were connected with him through Zillow. From the first phone call we knew he would be a wonderful person to work with. He walked through various properties on FaceTime with us since we were coming from out of town. He helped us to find our new home which was a new build. Once our contract was started he communicated often on what needed to be down to close on time. He helped communicate with the builder on our preferences for the house. He was always available for a question via text or call. He went out of his way to send us pictures and videos on the progress on the house as well. We already have and will continue to recommend him to our military peers, friends and family who are looking to purchase in the Goldsboro area.
