Garret went above and beyond to help us find our lake home. His knowledge of the area helped us greatly when deciding on where and what to buy. He knew exactly what we were looking for and provided different options and views to our questions and concerns. We could not of found our perfect lake house without him! Highly recommend Garrett !!

Garrett's expertise helped me and my wife from across the country! Let me explain...We were looking to relocate from California to the shores of Lake Shafer. On our first outing to look at homes in Indiana Garrett showed us several, but they just weren't the right fit. We considered the trip a success anyway, as we found a trusted agent in Garrett. He was able to keep an eye on properties as they were coming on the market, and since he understood fully what we were looking for, he was able to point us to the homes that fit our bill. He helped us with virtual tours and descriptions until we found and purchased the right home for us. We have been here a month now, and are very happy with our home. Thanks in large part to Garrett!
