Frank was very helpful in helping us find a new home! He answered his phone every time I called with a question or suggestion (which was quite often). Frank has lived in the area his whole life and he is very confident with his knowledge of Chicago. Mr. Montro is a scholar and a gentleman and he is extremely easy to communicate with. He is respectful and diligent to help everyone find the perfect home (even economically). He willingly showed me tons of homes and constantly worked hard. When I am ready to purchase again, I know for sure I will be calling him!!

I purchased my first home, which was a short sale, at the end of April 2013. We had only 30 days to close on the property and although it seemed impossible to me, Frank made it possible. He fought tooth and nail to make sure that everything was done in a timely fashion with every party involved including the mortgage company. Frank is diligent in everything he does and I don't think I could have gotten my dream home without him. I could not have asked for a more reliable and compassionate realtor that went above and beyond his normal responsibilities and even my expectations. I will be recommending Frank and Oak Realty to family and friends in the future.

Mr. Montro is an honest, caring gentleman who knows how to get the job done. Meaning, he will be up front and let you know what he can do for you, He takes the time to get to know you and what is needed in order to find you home and a mortgage. I bumped into Frank on the way to the airport the other day and he was cheerful as always. it prompted me to share my experience working with him. First of all, he has incredible patience because there were at least 20 of his houses I wanted to see. He had no problem walking through each and every one of them with me. Finally when I was 100% satisfied..... he got me the absolute best possible mortgage. It was awesome. I was nervous and uptight for nothing. Thanks for everything and I highly recommend FRANK MONTRO!

Frank went above and beyond in our house search. I was impressed from the first day we called him. He was able to set up an appointment to see the house we were eager to see the same day we called! Later that same week, he was able to show us about 15 houses from our list in one day! It was so convenient to see so much in a day! The best thing about Frank is that he seems to be always available. He got back to my many text messages right away and was able to work around my schedule really well. Michael was very honest, extremely reliable, super knowledgeable, and very patient with us throughout this whole process of buying our first home. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new home! I am on vacation in Hawaii and thought it was necessary to note my experience with Frank as I am excited to get back to my new home

I have know Michael and his family for several years. I am all over the country for business and even with the time changes Frank took care of everything! He was very good at sending emails with updates on our sale, so we never had to wonder where we were in the process. Very informative.
