Felicity is a top-notch real estate professional. In my case, we were tasked with selling a house that was tied up in my late father's estate. Due to several complications, it took 2 years from my first meeting with Felicity to actually signing a contract to list the house. She stayed in touch periodically that whole time - not pestering or pushing - but simply stating that she was ready and willing to help when it all got worked out. Eventually it did, and we signed with her (something I knew I wanted to do from our first meeting 2 years prior). She's super-professional, and very in-tune with her market. Most importantly she never waivers from being the seller's advocate. I've had previous experiences, where the R/E agent suddenly seems like their interests are more with pleasing the buyer rather than the seller as soon as a purchase agreement is signed, I suppose because they think it will help them close the sale quicker. I never sensed any of that from Felicity, and as I've told her on several occasions - while as an active and in-demand agent - I always felt in our dealings and conversations that I was her only client, and single priority. I've been skeptical of real estate agents throughout my adult life - based on the bad deals I've taken, and irrelevant advice given - but Felicity changed that perception greatly in our work together. And that's what we did - we worked together, to get the house sold with an acceptable outcome for all. She was a truly engaged partner throughout. I just can't say enough about what a great job she does (and the kind of person she is).
