Dawn helped us navigate our first time home-buying process with ease! We met Dawn at an open house and knew right away we needed her help. She helped us understand all the steps in buying a house. She was easily available with texts/emails and when we found houses that we were interested in she got us in to view them ASAP. When we found the home of our dreams, Dawn drafted our contract and we got accepted that night! Could not recommend Dawn enough, especially to first time homebuyers.

Dawn was so great to work with! She made the whole process of buying a home feel smooth and easy! She really knows what she is doing. I can't recommend Dawn highly enough. Unlike many other agents we met, Dawn was very patient and helpful with our first home buying experience. We wanted to take our time and do it right, and she not only respectes that but stepped up to help us figure out exactly what we're looking for and really acted with our best interests rather than just trying to push houses on us. In the end we had such a good relationship that when her and my wife found a home while I was on the road for work, I was comfortable enough with her representation that I was willing to make an offer sight unseen.During negotiations even though she got us a price and concessions I never thought possible, she was always careful not to make any promises she couldn't keep or get our hopes too high.Dawn is knowledgeable, patient, thoroughly professional, and most importantly, she cares about your best interests more than her own. Next time we're on the market I won't even look for anyone else.

My fiancé and I went about our first home buying experience totally backwards- we found the house of our dreams first without a realtor. Dawn got a call from us at approximately 9:30 at night on a Tuesday after a friend recommended her to us, and she hit the ground running the minute she hung up the phone. We appreciated how she broke everything down and was so responsive to our questions. She made our experience so easy while remaining fun and professional. We highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Dawn Peters at Mandel House Real Estate at Keller Williams Realty. First let me say the reason I chosen Dawn to sell my home: due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, I had to remove my listing with the previous realtor. Dawn took the initiative to research and reach out to sell my home. Because Dawn is highly visible in the community, I know she will have the best results at selling my home. From the first conversation, she got the balls rolling, from professionally photographing my home, listing it, and her first scheduled open house (which did NOT occur because Dawn was able to get an offer two days prior to having the open house), Dawn was on top of everything. My house was sold within a week of listing it with Mandel House Real Estate at Keller Williams Realty even though in Bloomington, it was a difficult market-and she got me a great price! Dawn at Mandel House Real Estate at Keller Williams Realty was a pleasure to work with.I will always refer her real estate company first and will use Dawn in the future if buying or listing another home.
