Dave listened very attentively to our requests and and concerns. He understood our need to sell so we could buy the home we wanted and he put our house on the market in 3 days - that was a lot of hoops to jump through. He walked me through each step - advised and encouraged me when I was confused or unsure of the next step and responded to every question and concern. I can’t speak more highly of this professional and compassionate realtor.

Dave went above and beyond for us. He set up landscaping to give us curb appeal and arranged for some professional handymen and a reasonable price to finish a few projects in the home to sell sooner. And when the buyers lender failed to do a simple appraisal in time, and potentially delaying closing by a week, he set up a second buyer in case the first fell through. In the end, the original buyer was able to sign only 1 day late. We also got much more for our house than we expected.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dave Spence. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional - very important traits in a realtor. But Dave goes well beyond the norm as far as the real estate world goes. His marketing is eye catching and top notch. He and his team make you feel that you are their only client with their attention to detail and responsiveness. His knowledge of the market was extensive, resulting in a selling price that was much higher than predicted by other realtors we had interviewed. Dave guided us easily through the process from listing to settlement and made sure that we understood every step clearly. This was, without a doubt, the best real estate sales experience that I have had.
