Carlie was referred to me by my son as she is an "old school chum" of his. I reached out to her nearly a year ago with my desires to sell my house in Vacaville and move to Florida. She got right on it giving me information about what I could do to improve the "sellable" qualities of my home, giving me "Market Analysis' and general guidance. When my first attempt at finding a new home in Florida failed, Carlie went about find me a reputable realtor in Florida to help with my search. It took me nearly a year to arrange time in Florida; complete the upgrades around my current home and, finally, deciding to put my home on the market. Carlie patiently waited in the wings, reaching out occasionally and offering advice. She was always right there, but never a pest. When I at long last found a place in Florida Carlie went right to work on my Vacaville house. She prepared the listing, arranged for inspections to get ahead of any questions, completed a market analysis and helped me figure out what my house was worth on today's market. I told her what I "needed" to get out of my Vacaville house in order to qualify for my Florida house. She found that I could get what I needed - and then some! After just a couple weeks of preliminary work she was able to list my house on a Friday; arrange for an "open house" on a Sunday; and call me with 3 offers on the following Monday! Four days! One of the offers was substantially above listing price! We accepted that offer and 31 days later I was in the Title Office closing on the sale of my house! She continues to reach out to me even after the closing to assure I have everything I need in preparation for my move to Florida. She answered every question along the way. Seemed to be at my beckon call. And became a good friend all at the same time. I would recommend Carlie Moreno to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home in Vacaville! She just can't be beat!
