Brint was amazing from start to finish. He worked with me showing properties for a year before I found the right one to purchase. Always such a friendly, positive attitude; never a complaint about the difficulty finding the right fit for me. Seamless buying process. And he even helped with a small issue with the property months after closing. Brint has an excellent combination of positivity, knowledge/skills, and dedication to his clients. Would recommend him to anyone - investor or home buyer - and plan to work with him again in the future.

This review took longer than it should have to write... because we are busy moving and settling in to our new home!!! Brint was incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable about the areas where we were looking (it was a bit of a spread) and consistently gave us solid advice and insights. He is excellent at video-showings which was huge for us since we were moving from the opposite coast. Brint is SO responsive and has great contacts for the other facets of home buying (like mortgage and insurance). We feel so blessed to have been connected with him. Brint was chosen by our family based off his Bio; solo speaking on his grassroots with his mom being in the real estate industry for 40+ years in the Bitterroot Valley. He did not highlight all of his vast achievements but spoke about his family, his wife is licensed along with his sister (being a Veteran, another important factor to us) that are part of his team. We scored with Brint with his attention to detail, giving guidance when asked, knowledge on the areas we were looking in, taking time to do a live stream on a property for us at a drop of a hat, time was of essence with the market picking up and properties going under contract quickly. Being long distance and searching for properties is challenging enough, he made it workable. Brint has prompt, courtesy responses to questions and shows a genuine caring for anyone he meets. I met Brint at an open house and provided my email address so that he could share listings. He provided this service for years with no pressure and when we decided to make offers he provided the best advice he could given this hot, seller's market in Missoula. He was great at providing home and price comparables, has years of experience and ready to use his resources to meet client's needs such as financing. With today's market, everyone would be better off with utilizing his service rather than flying solo right now.
