My wife and I worked with Betsy over a period of 9 months to find the right house for us, and we are glad we did! Betsy understood exactly what we were looking for and was able to point out properties that met our needs. She was professional and knowledgeable but we were especially impressed by her attention to detail - she replied immediately to all of our messages and if she did not know the answer to a question offhand she investigated and got back to us, leaving no loose ends. I live in California and was shopping for an investment home in CT. This was to fulfill my 1031 exchange - there was alot of time pressure to close on a good property - and I was doing it from a distance. Betsy was my main point of contact — she is very responsive and knowledgable, and is a great communicator. Tom helped view properties and added his knowledge about home construction and he’s also good with tech. They provided me with a Matterport (3D-walkthrough) of the home I purchased which has been so helpful in managing upgrades. They were both a pleasure to work with and plan to use them again for my next property.
