This is our second time using Benji as a real estate agent and he knocked it out of the park again. Our first time was selling a home and now we've used him to purchase a home in the South Granville County area. His knowledge of the area is outstanding and he was incredibly patient with us and we went back and forth on whether or not the location was right for us. He even called me the morning we made the offer to guarantee that I was happy with my decision. We went to see the house several times and he went each time making sure we were confident in our decision. I'd highly recommend him, especially if you're looking for someone who will take their time with you, educate you on the area, and show you several options so you know you're making the right choice.

The result of what happened speaks for itself. The house was apparently priced right, he listened to us, but he also had insights into the market that we also needed to listen to. For Oxford, our house sold rather quickly, he was steady in the face of our questions, and worked with us very well. AAAND, after the closing, there was a snafu with funding and he stayed and assisted with that problem even until it was resolved.

Benji was great! As a first time home buyer I had numerous questions, which he answered many times over. Being a local, he had a great wealth of contacts and contractors which I found to be very valuable because it provided a level of comfort and confidence with whom we choose to do business with. We met our aggressive closing date, love the house, and def would recommend to our friends and family and use him again!

We used Benji both as a buyer's and seller's agent. He was great! He took the time to really work with us on how to best market our house, and it sold very quickly for a great price! I would not consider another agent after Benji. To put it succinctly, he was outstanding. Surpassed my expectations. Incredibly knowledgeable about area, schools, restrictions.... was able to make great recommendations, shrewd negotiator. Overall, he made the process simple and easy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Benji! From the moment we showed interest in selling our house, Benji was all in and provided us with the best service possible. He was incredibly honest with us in the beginning; explaining the price he thought we'd get and how long it would be on the market. He was straightforward when it came to explaining what repairs we needed to complete in order to get the best price possible. He even recommended the appropriate time of year to list the house to get the price possible. Once listed, Benji worked hard to show it as often as possible and to keep the MLS listing fresh. Within a few days, we had multiple offers on the table for the house which was a pleasant surprise. Benji worked with each offer to get us the maximum price possible. We ended up selling the house for a higher price than we anticipated in a shorter time frame (30 days!). I credit that to Benji's hard work and dedication to getting our house sold. We will definitely use Benji for all of our real estate needs in the future!
