Ben was with me every step of the way through the process -- from preparing my old home for listing all the way to signing the papers on the purchase of my new one. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about finding the right house for me and making sure that I got the best deals that I could. It was great working with Ben. He pointed me in the direction of some great financial helps for closing cost. He let me know if the areas that I was looking at were nice and he talked me through the process and was very responsive on communications. He didn't try to pressure me into buying And was very with me patient during the process of finding a place that met my criteria.

Ben has been a great help to our process of finding and purchasing a house. His negotiation skills are outstanding he is very caring and a godly man you can tell he works for Matt Curtis realtor they are amazing people. He makes sure everything is good for us going as far to looking at the house to see if it’s worth us looking at without us seeing it. He makes sure it’s worth seeing first. His communication is fantastic he will message you back no matter the time of day and works with you and makes sure the house is top tier.

Title: Cautionary Tale for Out-of-State and International SellersRating: 1/5 Stars"I hired Ben Wade and the Matt Curtis team to represent me in the sale of my Madison home after I relocated to Bangkok. As an international seller, I placed total trust in Ben to act as my expert advocate. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.When a cash offer was presented, I was encouraged to sign without being advised to confirm my actual mortgage payoff. As a layman, I looked at my last account statement; as the professional, Ben should have known that a statement balance is not a payoff amount. Because he failed to alert me to this critical distinction, I was forced into a negative cash-flow position, having to bring my own funds to the closing table to pay off the mortgage—the exact opposite of what a seller expects.Furthermore, once the contract was signed, Ben completely disappeared. I was handed off to other representatives and felt abandoned during the most stressful part of the transaction. If you are looking for an agent who will proactively protect your financial interests and remain present through the finish line, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
