Our agent, Ben Waye, helped us find a home in Madison, AL. This was not an easy task since we were moving out of state. He was flexible to meet us for house hunting, especially when we had some last minute requests. He never rushed us, and was so patient and understanding of our situation since he too had moved out of state and was familiar with the experience. He answered all of our questions and gave us some great and honest feedback to help us make the right choice. While the home was in escrow, we were getting ready to remodel the kitchen, and he kindly took measurements for us since we couldn’t be there in person to do it - twice! The sellers were not easy to work with and even at the end failed to make good on an agreed-open repair. Ben arranged for his painter to take care of the fix and that was so unexpected and appreciated. All together, his work ethic, kindness, and experience, helped make this process much less stressful and got us the home we wanted.
Ben answered any questions we had. His response time was phenomenal. From listing until closing he kept us informed and followed up with agents after showings. If you want a seamless experience I highly recommend Ben.

He would graciously adjust his schedule to accommodate our needs while we were in town. It's no surprise that Benjamin is a top producer!
