The Ben Fisher Team are unequivocally the best in the business. We've (me & my wife) seen the signage around the city (great brand awareness marketing), and got connected with Ben via a referral. While our referral spoke so highly of Ben, I said to myself, "let me see what's up." Boy oh boy, the referral was spot on.Let's address the elephant in the room: sales can sometimes lack empathy. You factor in hundreds of thousands of dollars at stake with purchasing/selling a home and now your desire for empathy is heightened to rival that of Mount Everest.Our opinion on why Ben and his team are the best is truly rooted in Ben and his team's empathy. They're super communicators that offer candid expertise, which is what everyone deserves when it comes to purchasing their first home. The ability to answer my immediate question and then provide more information that answers any follow ups questions I may have is a masterful skill to have and one that I appreciate so much. If you want to complete a difficult task it helps to have a plan, an experienced team and a sense of humor when it all goes to hell. From my experience now, that’s buying real estate in Southern California– no matter what the mortgage rate is. So talk to Ben and feel better about your plan.It was great working with the Ben Fisher team. Ben and Rosie not only have a great sense of humor, but they are professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They also work hard, are persistent and understand when to stress and when not to.They will go the extra mile for you and not break a sweat. Real people who are good at what they do.Although we were in Northern California and searching for a house in Southern California, they would happily check houses from our internet searches and Facetime us.They would walk the house and point out the good and the bad and provide their professional opinion. When reception was bad or we were unavailable, they would make a video and send it to us for review. Ben and Rosie were always available and happy to help us. This is just one example of the level of trust and mutual understanding we had with the Ben Fisher Team which allowed us to comfortably purchase a house basically sight unseen. This solid trust was steadily built on the first impression we had of Ben. Best experience I could ask for as a first-time homebuyer who was clueless about the process. Ben and his amazing team (namely Rosie!!!) were patient with us and walked us through what to expect during the entire process. He really listened to what we wanted and somehow even understood the little things I would care about without me needing to explicitly tell him (and I am VERY particular). In this cutthroat, high-stakes market, he was able to quickly find us an unbelievable house. I wake up every morning obsessed with our home and grateful that we found Ben and his team. Because of his connections and expertise of the area (born and raised in LB), he was able to get our offer accepted without worrying about a bidding war or anything like that, which is now just a given with how low inventory is.Lastly, he and Rosie are just genuinely good people. There was never a second where I felt like they were trying to push anything on us and being “sleazy agents.” They were only looking out for our best interests. Even after the sale, they still are here for us offering amazing recommendations as we get acquainted to our new neighborhood.Do yourself a favor and go with Ben’s team. I can't recommend Ben Fisher Team enough. We had just gotten out of a messy transaction with another agent, and when we saw our house listed, we knew we wanted to do whatever it took to get it. We went against advice from friends and family and hired him as a dual agent, and it was was one of the best decisions we have ever made. He had no reason to trust us since a previous house fell through, but he did. He did everything he said he would do - something I find rare these days. He guided us every step of the way, he looked out for both our interests and the seller's, and was just truly honest and open throughout the whole process. We are so happy with our home and so thankful for the help Ben gave us.
