Katie Reid and her team are responsive, caring and absolutely professional in every step of the home selling process. She recently sold a rental property for my wife and I and we were both very grateful to have here on our team! From the first conversation she expressed interest in finding out what we wanted in this process and started discussing ways to achieve a win-win for all parties. She was able to get the selling price we wanted, an earlier escrow closure than is typical for investment property sales in the current market, and even maintained here calm attitude when I couple of pop-up issues occurred during the inspection of the property. Overall it was a refreshingly hand's off experience for my wife and I and we are going to use her for our next transaction. We highly recommend her to represent anyone buying/selling their property in the Long Beach area. If you're going pay an agent for handling the transaction, it's great to know you're going to get a very trouble-free experience.

Our family had the opportunity to work with Katie on both the sale of our previous home as well as the purchase of our new home, which was one of her development projects. There was a night and day difference from the previous realtor we worked with in terms of her communication, dedication, and overall knowledge. The first day we met her at an open house she immediately spent the time to get to know not only the basics of what we were looking for, but our unique family needs. She right away offered and showed us multiple houses that met those parameters. She also was able to complete a transaction on the sale of our prior home extremely quickly to align with escrow on our new home, and with some challenging requests on our end. I have never met a realtor who cares more about the individuals and families she works with and has a passion for not just getting them into a new house, but a home and all that entails. Katie is also extremely professional, experienced, and reliable so I felt comfortable along the way knowing that the transactions were being handled with care and precision. She is truly the best realtor with the most knowledge in this area of LB and we were lucky to have worked with her and gotten the result we did with both of our homes.

I recently attended an open house hosted by Katie Reid and her team, and it was genuinely one of the best open house experiences I’ve had. The home was beautifully presented, and every detail-from staging to the flow of the tour- was thoughtfully arranged. What stood out most was Katie’s professionalism and welcoming approach. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and able to answer every question with clarity and confidence. I never felt rushed or pressured. If we could give Katie more than 5 stars we would! We met Katie at an open house and she left such a positive and lasting impression on us that when we decided to sell our house we immediately contacted her. She was so enthusiastic, professional, and, more than that, she was caring and sensitive to our concerns and our needs. To say that she is passionate about what she does is an understatement. You get the feeling that she eats, sleeps and breathes real estate. She is always available to her clients and you can tell that she really cares about getting the best deal possible. Truly a five star professional in every sense of the word. My wife and I were shopping for homes and real estate agents for a few weekends before we met her. I am in sales, so I tend do be a harsh critic when it comes to other sales professionals. We met with 6 agents in open houses and NOT ONE took the time to provide us with a needs analysis. Katie was lucky number seven.We met Katie and Brian at one of her open houses. They both realized my wife was looking for information on the house buying process and I was already well informed. I loved their attention to detail. They answered all of my wife’s questions and left her feeling more excited than when we first arrived at the house!In the end we looked at over 34 houses and the house we decided on was one of the houses Katie and her team took us to on our first week shopping! We were undecided until we hand looked at many houses to really mail down what we wanted, but Katie knew all along what our hot buttons were. She listened. She studied.
