Ashley was able to uniquely market our home during the off season and successfully sell our home after another company couldn’t do it in prime season. Ashley Nagy came recommended to us a few years ago but we weren’t looking to buy or sell. We continued to see Ashley list homes near us with great advertising, photos, flyers, and marketing, and they were always pending within a day or two of listing, even in a tough financial market. With our family growing again in June we decided to consider listing but knew the timeframe was short. We reached out to Ashley and within a week of her stepping foot in our house in to view it, she sold our home in Queensbury for over asking. Ashley is a no-pressure realtor, she guided us with her knowledge and would provide answers and suggestions but just was there alongside us as we made the decisions. After our selling success we knew we were buying with Ashley. She showed us off market homes, on market homes, for sale by owner, pending homes with continued showings. If a house was being listed, we had a text in the morning before we got the Zillow notification. Ashley showed us a dozen homes, and if she was with other clients, she got us in immediately with Amie who was equally as great. We placed many offers and not once did Ashley tell us a price to offer or what to do with our money, she would provide us factual information from recent sales and pending listings. Ashley helped us submit an offer and worked late to get the listing shut down on the first day of showings, despite many other showings pending on a desired home in Queensbury. The amount of work she puts in is baffling, through selling and buying she has texted us from 6a-10p with updates, to-do’s, reminders, suggestions, questions, and just conversation about family and life. She is knowledgeable with local realtors, banks, inspectors, attorneys, and financial processes. For a series of life changing events, she made it painless, which is exactly what the person who recommended her said would happen.

My husband and I own a real estate brokerage downstate. We had the pleasure of meeting Ashley when we inquired about one of her listings in Lake George. The listing ended up not being for us, but she continued to keep us informed of listings coming onto the market (whether they were her listings or not), all while knowing that we would be representing ourselves as buyers. She diligently kept us in the loop for over 2 years. When it was time to list our home, there wasn’t anyone we felt was more qualified. Just happen to close a home on 12/28/2023 (that is within 40days of initial offer). She is amazing in responses even on holidays.No matter how small your concerns are, she will understand and try to respond what is appropriate and never misleads by giving false inputs.
