Penny was prompt and flexible. We moved from 2 hours away. We were able to see multiple properties when we traveled and she was great about getting back to use information about properties and especially the ones we weren't good options with all the details so we saved a lot of time and gas. Her experience landed in something amazing and exactly where we needed to be.

Penny helped us find the house of our dreams, and also sell 2 homes that we lived in prior to that. We looked at a lot of homes before we found the right one and she was always just a phone call or text away. She is ready to act fast and be proactive in a competitive market. She is down to earth but also experienced with common issues and how to remedy them. Any repair that you need she knows someone who can fix it. She works tirelessly and was a great advocate for us. Our showings weren’t easy with infant twins and she without hesitation took one of the kids so we could focus on the house and property. She even helped pick out paint colors for the new house! She knows what looks good. We hope we don’t have to move, but we know who to call if we need to do. Would recommend 10/10!!!!

I knew I liked Penny immediately. From our very first conversation, she clearly explained why she recommended listing my property at the price we chose, and her reasoning made complete sense to me. She’s knowledgeable, straightforward, and truly understands the market.Penny kept in constant communication every step of the way and came in with a strong marketing plan that really worked — my property sold just two days after we listed it. That says everything.What I appreciate most is that Penny is real. She’s not pretentious, she listens, and she works incredibly hard for her clients. I can't think of enough positive things to say about Penny. As a Buyer's agent, she would have a set of responsibilities normally expected. My buying process took some odd turns because of documentary issues with the property, as well as some challenges with the seller side. In each case, Penny stepped up and solved problems created by others, and normally the responsibility of others, and did it with a lot of passion. One of those issues had the potential to sink the deal, again because of problems on the seller side, and somehow, with help from the buyer's attorney, pushed through it and found the way to make it happen. I deal with a lot of professionals in many areas of life, but I can say there are very few interactions where I believe that my advocate takes the success of my need as his or her personal responsibility. Penny was one of those. There were several occasions in which she could have backed off and started pointing me in other directions, but she refused to do that, and the result was a success in every measurable way for me. Above all, I think this aspect of my buying process is the primary reason I'd say anyone who has access to Penny should not consider anyone else. She's a Pitbull.

Penny was absolutely wonderful to work with as my seller's agent. Her knowledge of the local market where my house was is vast, and she was able to come up with a listing price that was perfect and resulted in my home being under contract for sale within three days of it being listed. She was proactive about communication and she went above and beyond to get major tasks (cleaning, yard maintenance, etc) handled for me since I live nearly four hours away from where my home was located. I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Greenwich/Cambridge area - you will be in good hands, because she is an expert.
