We bought our house through April in 2019. She is extremely cooperative and patient. Me and my husband had different working schedules so she used to show us the same home twice. We almost saw 30+ homes before finalizing ours. She is the perfect realtor for first time home owners because she would let us know the upcoming cost of maintenance with the house. She helps us even today with decisions regarding our home remodeling. She helped us set up everything including home security, plumbing issues, electricity after the purchase. The paper work was a breeze and she was as excited as us for the closing day.We 100% recommend April??

April was amazing! She was supper patient and took our wants and needs into account when showing us a home. April was always easy to reach and responded in a timely manner. She negotiated on our behalf and got the sellers to agree to concessions and leaving appliances. April was very knowledgeable on the home buying process and loan process, which was very needed for first time home buyers. She never made us feel rushed or like a burden.
