Annie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! As a first time homebuyer I had the help of my mom to relate things but I can say Annie did just as amazing. She explained things thoroughly, clarified anything I didn't understand, and answered any questions or concerns I had. She took the time to know me and my family and knows with my parents moving too Florida that this would be a big step for me. Not only did I find a great first home but I get to live across the street from my sister and I owe it to her as she helped make it all happen. From start to finish it took a total of 23 days! Thank you Annie!

Where do I even start? Annie was recommended to me by my fiance as well as numerous other people who have worked with her in the Toledo area and beyond. I had very little experience buying, but I had no experience selling at all. She went above and beyond as a professional to get me the highest asking price (much higher than I hoped for) while also operating with integrity and honesty. This process could not have gone more effortlessly than it did. The dedication to communication and collaboration Annie operates on makes it feel like you’re her only client. Considering that she was operating an hour out of town to get my house sold for me makes that even more impressive. Annie is a class act and is one of the most down to earth, motivated, self-starting professionals that I have had the privilege of working with. If you’re looking to buy or sell with an industry expert that still takes time to make you feel heard, look no further. Annie makes it happen!!!!!
