Anna is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I was moving into the Sumter area for work and asked a coworker at my last location if they had any recommendations for realtors as they used to live the in the Sumter area and they recommended Anna and could not stop talking about how great she was. Multiple other coworkers who used to live in the Sumter area agreed and I now see why! Anna has a great grasp on the Sumter and Columbia area and was very patient with my wife and I as we asked every question imaginable about builders, neighborhoods, etc. She even came out with me on the two walk throughs for my house as it was a new build to help find build errors and highlight trends she has seen in the past from the builder and fought for me with the builder representative when things needed to be fixed. She is knowledgeable on the military move/VA loan process and helped me with closing on the house as I was moving across the country and in processing with my new unit. I will continue to recommend Anna to all of my friends who are moving into the area and will trust no one else when it comes to selling my house when I move than her.

Anna was amazing to work with! She helped us find the perfect home for our PCS move to Sumter and made the process so much easier. We flew in for a short trip to tour homes, and she had everything lined up and ready to go. She really listened to what we wanted and made the most of our time.Even after we flew back out of state, Anna stayed in touch and kept everything moving smoothly through closing. Anna is amazing! She sold our house when we were leaving SC and when my husband got orders back, I immediately let her know. She found us a beautiful new build home in a coveted neighborhood in Sumter all while we were on the other side of the country. She was in constant communication with advice, photographs, and updates. She will absolutely fight for you to get the best deal on your home whether you’re buying or selling. We will absolutely utilize Anna’s skills when we move again someday. Highly recommend!

Anna was absolutely amazing through the entire process. As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn’t always sure what to expect, what questions to ask, nor what I should be expecting my lender to do. Thanks to Anna, the whole closing process felt easy and was relatively stress-free! By the time the day of closing came around, I felt like an expert.
