Amy knocked it out of the park. She listed it for WAY more than I would have ever imagined and then when we did the purchase agreement, she negotiated another $10K over asking price. She works night and day as your realtor and does an outstanding job!

She arranged for a stager and photographers to help the house stand out. She listed the house and we got a full price offer in one day. It was a joy working with Amy. Amy has helped us in numerous ways! Back in 2015, she helped us find the perfect starter home for our growing family. Amy was diligent, knowledgable, and personal. She took time to not only listen to what we were looking for, but also took time to get to know us on a personal level, which in my opinion, is what sets her apart from other realtors. This past summer, Amy helped us list and sell our home as well as find a new home to move into. She again took careful consideration when finding homes to look at. After not finding the perfect home for our now family of 6, Amy helped us navigate through the building process. She was phenomenal! Building is not easy, and Amy took care of us the entire process and helped us with any and all bumps along the way. She made sure that everyone was on the same page when it came to closing, and she just did an all around awesome job! Definitely will use her again in the future.
