Mandy helped us buy and sell our home in Hubert, NC during quite tumultuous realty markets. We bought during a time when the market heavily favored sellers and sold during a mixed market favoring buyers more and more. Despite the market difficulty, Mandy was able to find us our home, a new build, before the house went on the market from the builder, and was able to market our home for sale and be under contract in less than a week! A thorough and meticulous communicator she walked us through every step of both buying and selling and ensured we knew all the steps and the best direction for us to go in the process. Additionally, her diverse network of relationships extends to all aspects of the buying, selling, and home ownership process, providing recommended service providers that were all of the highest caliber. Mandy is awesome. We were selling my parents’ old home, now jointly owned by my mother, brother and myself. The home was dated and had not been improved upon since the early 1980’s. Additionally, none of us are local. Mandy ran the comps on the house and targeted two buyer groups, homeowners and investors, to maximize our selling opportunities. She explained the strategies and set realistic targets. Throughout the process, she was always in communication with us via e-mail, text, and phone. She was timely with sending us information and always available to answer questions. When we hit complications, she was always ready to problem solve and adjust the strategy. She used a repair guy who was great as well. She helped us coordinate all the document signings, which required six signatures not just three. On top of all that, she was professional and pleasant, and at times, the voice of reason. It was a pleasure working with her, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Mandy is at the top of her class. 10/10!
