John, Brittanie, and Madison helped us get the house we wanted. They were always there to respond and solve every challenge we encountered. They are very professional, honest, and competent individuals. We were nervous at first as first-time homebuyers, but everything went smoothly because we relied on them. Highly recommended!

John and his team are the definition of professionalism and efficiency. I spoke with John over a year ago (2024) and arrived at the conclusion that I would wait another year to sell. John gave me his professional opinions and was very responsive and put zero pressure on me to list. I called John up in 2025 ready to list and were able to get the home under contract insanely quickly! The CMA was right on the dot with appraisal and John and his team were on top of everything every step of the way. I really could not recommend anyone else even near Jacksonville that could do such a great job. My family is eternally grateful.

We were in urgent need of a real estate professional in Jacksonville to represent us as a homebuyer’s agent and we did not know where to turn. After a short discussion with John, he was on the case and hard at work for us immediately! We received several listings for the type of home we were looking for to suit our needs within an hour. He also provided a home analysis on the home we eventually placed an offer and contract on. Throughout the entire home buying process, John was absolutely fantastic by providing expert guidance as well as returning emails, phone calls and text messages within 10 minutes!! The professionalism John displayed was outstanding and checked in with us every two to three weeks to see how things were going with the sale of our home. John Newton is seriously the best. We got orders to Lejeune on Dec 12 and we closed on the house on Jan 8! He worked like a maniac to get us our dream home. He is a retired from the Air Force and a VA loan expert. We had other realtors tell us that we most likely weren't going to get a house under that short of a notice but John made it happen. If there was a listing that went up at 6am, we got a text telling us to go check his email with the details and tell him yes or no to go view it that same morning. The house we bought was on the market for less than a day and we put in an offer the next day. We didn't feel any pressure to buy anything we didn't like, he gave amazing advice and was there anytime of the day that we needed him. He is devoted to his job and you can tell that he loves what he does. We were amazed with how many listings he sent us after just a phone conversation with him. We told him our wants and budget and he made it happen. I really appreciated that he never gave us an option for a home that was beyond our means.
