Michael, Amanda, and team did a phenominal job listing and selling my house. Every part of the process was top notch, from the listing, staging, and marketing, to the sale. The house had an offer in very short order, unfortuneately, the buyers backed out, but there was a second offer within 2 days! Michael helped facilitate the sale by enlisting local experts to quell any concerns that the potential buyer had, resulting in the sale of the the house. Communication with me was thorough and clear throughout the process, so I was aware of everything that was happening through the process. As one of my neighbors told me, "When I sell, I'll go with the Lovatos".

I highly recommend working with Amanda! Amanda made selling our home so easy and enjoyable, in a strange market nonetheless. All of our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, Amanda checked in proactively throughout the entire process, everything was very organized and transparent, and we knew the entire timeline basically down to the hour. Also, Amanda is wonderful and extremely friendly. We felt guided and supported throughout the entire sale and look forward to working with Amanda on our next purchase or sale!

Amanda Lovato overpromised and underdelivered. In our opinion, she considered our property an easy sale due to the property's location, condition, and affordable price. Once her services were retained, we were disappointed with the lack of attention we received from Lovato Properties. Amanda had stated that she would attend the property inspection summary, however, she did not attend the inspection, nor summary. Her contracted stagers arrived late, forgot items, and left marks on the walls. There was an absence of mailers and no caravan of realtors. Amanda did not attend either open house, nor did she follow up with prospective buyers. The For Sale sign they installed was removed as they violated the HOA rules, which we provided. Finally, we were forced to pay over $1,000 for staging/furniture that was ineffective and on the property less than a week. We were not valued as clients and we regret listing with this realtor. We were disappointed with the poor service received and we do not recommend this realtor.

It really was an amazing experience working with Amanda and her team (Michael, Christen and Jenny). In their initial presentation they blew us away on how they take a home to market and they followed through on every one of those promises. From arranging for a pre-listing inspection, to all the recommendations on making the house more presentable, to the final staging - it was all fantastic. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Amanda and her team for a first class real estate experience.
