My husband and I recently bought our first house and could not have gotten through the process without Amy and Chad! We started our home search in November over the Thanksgiving holiday and were paired up with Amy and Chad through Zillow when we wanted to view a home we were interested in that same day. The moment we met Amy and Chad we knew we had found our realtors! They truly care about their clients, have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, and are very down to earth people that are easy to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Amy and Chad were always very prompt in answering and making sure we were comfortable. I’ve bought and sold over a dozen homes in my lifetime and Amy is - by far - the best realtor I’ve ever worked with, bar none. As a seller, she accurately assessed the market value of my home - it sold in 2 days, for over asking - and the entire process was incredibly smooth all the way to closing. As a buyer, she was patient and thoughtful as my search took over a year to find the truly perfect place. Once I did, she negotiated like a champ, advocated for me throughout the process, and was incredibly responsive to all of my questions throughout. I bought this home from a distance (sight unseen, we did several video call walkthroughs) and when I arrived last week to move in, I couldn’t believe how perfect it was - exactly what I was looking for in every single way. Amy - and Chad! - go above and beyond to make sure that their clients, buyers and sellers both, make well-informed decisions in a crazy market. Thank you Amy! We are thrilled to have worked with Amy. She came very highly recommended from colleagues and we knew we had to work with her when we ran into her, coincidentally, at an open house where she did a spectacular job of staging the property. Amy made both the buying and selling process as stress free as possible, stepping in on multiple occasions to take over tasks when we had conflicts.
