Allie has been a fantastic realtor that I have used over and over in the last decade! She is delightful and has a great support team in place. She helped me to purchase my personal property and multiple investment properties too. Recently she helped me to field multiple offers and sell 2 investment properties on the same day to help with a 1031 exchange! Did I mention I was an out of state seller? I love working with Allie and would highly recommend her for her depth of knowledge, experience, and advice.

Working with Allie made a world of difference in our selling experience. She's knowledgeable, developed a great plan, and worked her hardest for us. We had listed our home with another agent and it sat on the market for 6 months with no offers and after only a couple of weeks with Allie's team and their expertise we had multiple offers.

Allie was absolutely amazing to work with as a first time home buyer. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything, and did not try to sway any decisions. She was very responsive by text or phone call for any questions i might have and even closed the deal on a Saturday. She even helped me get a free fridge! She has several contacts and knows a lot of people in the area involved with home maintenance/repairs. She can help with any referrals you might need. She made the entire process very painless. If i ever buy again, i will be using her. Thanks Allie!!
