Kari was absolutely amazing helping me buy my house in January! I’ve seen her recommended by so many people and now I know why. I had very minimal experience and knowledge in home buying as this was my first home and I didn’t research everything that I probably should’ve???? It was so nice to have someone patient and kind to help me through the process. I consider Kari not only a friend now but someone that I will always recommend to others as well! 12/10!??Thank you for helping Dallas and I find our dream home!??

Kari is definitely the Realtor you will want if you are looking for a home in Bartlesville or around the surrounding area!! We were looking for a home in Bartlesville, but could not make the trip to Bartlesville from Kansas City for a few days and there were homes we were interested in. Kari not only researched houses that we had inquired about, but told us about a house that was coming on the market. She FaceTimed us and walked us through the home. We fell in love with the property, made an offer long distance and within 24 hours, we had a contract signed. She was always so responsive whether calling or texting her. Her excitement for helping was so wonderful and shows how committed she is to her career. While we were in Bartlesville, she helped us sell our piece of land in 2 days, for over what we had just purchased it for 6 weeks prior. We since have moved back to Kansas City and she sold our home and my Father’s home. While selling my fathers home, she coordinated landscaping and other things needing done since we had already moved. She has been a pure joy and blessing to my husband and I. If you are ever in the market, I highly recommend Kari for helping you in purchasing your home or selling your home. From the beginning to the closing, she is the best!

Kari went above and beyond for us. She was always available and found the home we were looking for.She was available by phone call or text at any given time and was very knowledgeable of the city. My experience working with Kari was wonderful. I was extremely difficult as a client due to the many restrictions I was on for buying my first home, resulting in year long wait looking at homes, but Kari remand patient, kind, and helpful during the entire process. I would only recommend going through with Kari as your realtor she goes above and beyond to make your home buying experience as easy and affordable as possible.

Kari was amazing!! I had never bought a house, so this was all new to me. I was scared and worried about how it would all go. Kari told me, don't worry you have me here to hold your hand through this. She wasn't lying, she did just that plus more. She was always looking out for me, throughout the paperwork process, and even when we looked at each home. She knows what all to look at. I was more looking at the decor or space, not her, she was looking at roof, foundation, windows, water heater. When I say there isn't a door she won't open to see behind it, or a dark hallway that you have no idea where it goes, I truly mean it. Kari cares about every person as though you were her own family. I never worried about anything, cause I knew she had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend her. She listens to your needs, and watches out for you throughout the entire process. She hands down is the best realtor!

Kari is the epitome of a wonderful real estate agent – knows the local housing market, lives in the area, quickly responds to texts / emails (many times within minutes), easy to work with, and listens to her client. As an out-of-state seller, I faced challenges but Kari patiently yet quickly handled everything well including going the “extra mile”. Absolutely would work with her again. Kari helped us arrange the purchase of our new home, but also gave us all kinds of other service. She helped us find a bank, insurance, roofer, plumber and numerous restaurants. Even long after the sale, she continued helping with names, addresses, phone numbers and even a contact for help with a warranty claim. Kari is excellent!

Kari is the most professional realtor I have ever dealt with. From the initial visit, to representing me during my closing, Kari had my best interest at heart with every decision. During the sales process I even ran into a variance issue, which Kari resolved with the city for me without any additional issues. Top notch. 10++, AAAAA. Kari’s the best!
