Alex was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He kept me informed about what was happening and what to expect next, which I really appreciated. Since I was out of town for much of the process, he went above and beyond by coordinating contractors and repairs on my behalf and making sure the work was completed properly.Once we had a buyer, Alex made sure the required repairs were handled quickly and helped ensure the costs were fair and reasonable. It gave me peace of mind knowing someone was looking out for my best interests, especially while I couldn’t be there in person. The listing photos his team took were amazing. Alex was fantastic to work with! It was our first time selling and he walked us through the process expertly! Alex helped us set up a leaseback agreement with a deposit for us to stay in the house for two weeks after closing. We ran into a hiccup with the deposit refund from the buyers but Alex worked his magic with the buyers and their agent and we recieved our full deposit back!If we move back to Corpus Chrisit, I would certainly use Alex again. Highly recommended!
