Mr Alemu Mindaga (Alex), is a very decent , knowledgeable and sociable agent we have met so far. He was so helpful during every visit of the entire home search. Most importantly, he was respecting our time schedules and requirements . There was a time where we visited one house five time and he nerve complained about it. We really appreciate his patience and honesty on his guidance . He provided us an updated information about every questions we asked. He have the knowledge of the places he took us to visit. He got network of other experts. He even helped us to get other quality services such as insurance, inspection etc. His main goal was that we get the house we dreamed of and that meant a lot to get a very nice house. Its his expertise which now make us to get a house that we really love. It was fun as the same time professional working with him . We just recently purchased our first home and Alex was fantastic. He helped create a seamless home buying process, even though there were bumps along the way (not due to him of course!).
