Aimee helped us when we were looking to buy our home and when we were ready to sell there was never a question to whom we wanted to work with on selling our home. Aimee was very helpful, was able to answer all our questions and kept us posted as things were happening and what we can expect at each step of the way. Aimee was truly amazing to work with while purchasing our home. Working with us from out of state could have been a challenge but it was quite the opposite. She was very knowledgeable, quickly responded to all of our questions and made us feel like we were a priority. She was professional while also being a lot of fun to work with. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Excellent, Amiee went above and beyond on more than 1 or 2 occasions. She helped us with talking to our brokers and to listing agents to make everything work out. She was genuinly nice and awesome person to work with. We will 100% be using her expertise and skills when we plan on moving on in the future as long as she is still available and working. We have already been telling people bits and pieces of what she has done for us. Not only everything sofar that i have said. But she also helped us understand things we didnt fully understand. Which not everybody does, just to help and be nice. And just for some icing on the cake, but she also worked off of normal work ours just to make sure things went smoothly. Aimee did an amazing job selling our house. We live in a rural are and were concerned with the amount of time it might take to sell our home. We sold in 7 months! I was planning for it to take a year or more. I am so happy with how the process went. Aimee knows the flow of the market and was able to boost our ad for the house at the right time in the right places. We liked her so well, we had her help us look for our new home as well.

Without Aimee's expertise, patience, and drive I don't know if we would have survived the chaos of selling one home and purchasing another. She was able to navigate us through the process smoothly even with the hiccups we encountered along the way. I couldn't be more grateful that she was the one in our corner advocating for us and negotiating with both potential buyers and with the seller of the home we purchased. While I'm so happy to be in my forever home, I'm bummed I won't be able to personally work with Aimee again. However, I will never stop sending anyone and EVERYONE to her who is looking to buy or sell. She is one in a million.
