He did several video walk throughs as we were moving from California to Indiana. Gave us opinions on areas, and house conditions. We made an offer without seeing the property live, hard for us, and just moved in and it is excellent. He was super responsive and knowledgeable. Bottom line would use him again and recommended to others as well.

Abrahm and his wife were absolutely amazing. Their patiences with showing multiple houses that worked around our busy work schedules and answering all questions and concerns we had immediately was amazing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home

Abram was very helpful in finding our house. He was laid back while we got the opportunity to look at what we did and did not like. That was quite useful as it was our first home and we really didn't know what we liked. He was helpful in recommending where we needed to be with the lending at what part of the process we were ready for. After we'd look at the home he'd give us a chance to ask questions or even things he thought might look good in a given home. He recommended we look from Granger to Osceola as we'd "get more for our dollars". When closing time came he recommended inspections we didn't know about and it saved us huge on the septic system. And finally I overheard him on the phone right before signing making sure our previous negotiations remained regardless of new valuation on the house.

We were relocating from out of state and found Abram’s insights to be helpful as we sorted out the best fit for us in the South Bend area. He was also quite patient as we looked at a wide range of houses In the process of determining exactly what we wanted and at what price point.

Abe was the best realtor my wife and I could have ever wished for. As a first time home buyer, we had no idea what we were in for, and we were very stressed out about the whole process. However, Abe made the process super easy and stress-free. He recommended houses within our budget and was careful to see to our wants and needs. He gave us excellent, honest opinions and was always quick to respond. More importantly, he was like a very close friend we could trust. When it came to negotiation, Abe did basically everything for us. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen. He always kept our interests in mind and in the end, we got an amazing deal. We are still VERY happy with our cute house and are grateful that Abe was able to help us out and guide us through everything. I definitely recommend Abe!
