I had the privilege of working with Dr. Abdulbaset throughout the process of purchasing my first home, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience.Interestingly enough, I was introduced to Dr. Abdulbaset through a recommendation from my mechanic, who spoke highly of his expertise. We met Abdulbaset when we seeking a condo in Princeton for our daughter. We found him exceptional in every aspect.From the outset he was responsive both to our needs and to our sense of urgency. His prompt interaction with the seller rendered the back and forth negotiation swift, pleasant, and successful.Abdulbaset went over the seller’s declaration regarding the property and personally took the initiative to resolve a minor sticking point.Once we had a signed contract, Abdulbaset went far beyond anything I am my wife have experienced in our extensive real estate transactions. He was at the condo before and after the closing to accommodate the arrival of newly purchased furniture. Moreover, he recommended professionals who could come and install and/or repair items in the condo. Mr. Abdulla is by far the most professional and personable realtor I've met. He has become a family friend and someone we trust. He has helped us with buying and selling several properties. We used Abdulbaset to sell our family home of 33 years and are so thankful to have had his support and guidance through the process. He marketed the home beautifully despite the ever changing market trends, and got us multiple offers within days. Simply put, I totally believe that we would not have been able to buy our beautiful new home had it not been for Dr. Abdulbaset. He was extremely patient, instantaneously responsive, and immediately available to show us as many homes as we needed to see even in the middle of the pandemic (and we saw many!). The greatest thing about our experience with Dr. Abdulbaset was the trust we had with him as our agent: he knew how much the homes are really worth, when to go above or below asking price, and when to put or not put offers. Once we told him our needs and budget, we were on the same page and he knew exactly what would work or would not work for us. We ended up putting 5 offers before we got our dream house, and we are extremely happy with it and thankful for Dr. Abdulbaset's help during this process. After our offer got accepted, our experience got even better: as first-time home owners, we had no clue what to do! Dr. Abdulbaset walked us through all the steps, and basically helped us arrange everything we needed from inspection to appraisal to closing to utilities to work on the house to movers to even professional cleaning of the house after moving in! He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to buying and maintaining houses. He is very generous when it comes to sharing this knowledge with his clients and spending as much time with them as they need. I remember times when I sent him messages close to midnight about concerns I had and he replied immediately and offered all the explanation I needed. I have already recommended Dr. Abdulbaset to a friend of mine looking for houses and I sincerely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house in the area.

I own a town house in Lawrenceville, NJ that I listed for sale and rent in August 2021 with Abdulbaset Abdullah as my agent. He was extremely professional, great at educating me and setting my expectation about the whole process. Abdulbaset put lots of hours in supporting showings for all sale and rent prospects. The property was initially listed for only sale then changed to sale and rent 10 days in. This tremendously increased the number of showings and subsequently support needed. Abdulbaset was there to support all of the prospects and assured me that we will have a signed lease or contract before end of month which is indeed what happened. He helped review applications, set up interviews with prospects and provided input when needed. It was an absolute pleasure working with Abdulbaset and I highly recommend him for future customers.
