Stefanie did an amazing job not only showing us homes and working with us when we found the home we desired but each step of the way through closing and she has been here several times since our purchase as we remodeled etc. She has great contacts, knows the ins and outs of the local market and when we do sell we cannot imagine contracting with a more diligent team.

Over the period of 3 months working with various realtors, I found Stefanie literally the best realtor anyone can ask for she made sure everything was going smoothly, took care of a lot, was very patient, and sensitive to my property needs, and helped me throughout the complete process of buying a new place and also helping in putting my old place on rent, hence all 5 out of 5 to her.

When I sought out a realtor with expertise in short sales, a number of professionals recommended Stephanie highly. After completing the sale, I now join those who are personally familiar with Stephanie's professionalism and expertise. Even with the complications of a global pandemic, Stephanie was able to negotiate through the process to create a win for me, the seller, and for the buyer and his family. Her positive attitude throughout made it a very satisfying sale. She is a master at maintaining an open line of communication, at remaining optimistic when we encountered obstacles, and at minimizing the disruptions of having prospective buyers come to the house frequently. She alleviated the anxiety and the uncertainty of short-selling, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Stefanie is the best realtor I have ever encountered. I was very impressed with her expertise in realty right away, she is truly an expert in this field. You can tell Realty is her life's passion and she's not in it for the money, she truly cares about finding the right home for people. As you do house visits she is almost like a house inspector in a way, as she has a keen eye for issues to look out for and will be completely honest and up front with you about issues she sees, unlike many other realtors who would rather just get an easy sale. If it wasn't for Stefanie, we would have never got our dream home. After a year of looking a home finally came on the market that we loved. If it wasn't for Stefanie connections in Realty and her savvy plan to put forth the best offer we could possibly put forth, we would not have had a chance getting the home, especially in the crazy sellers market of today.I have nothing but great things to say about Stefanie and really appreciated her hard work and knowledge/connections to make this happen. Stefanie is a knowledgeable, experienced, and proactive real estate agent who understands the entire process and requirements of home sales. She is capable to empathize with sellers and buyers, identify all necessary action items, and execute them in a timely manner. I interacted with Stefanie only remotely during the pandemic (also because I was about 50 miles away from the home to sell). We were able to quickly build a trustful relationship, and she turned my home selling experience into a pleasure. As a result, I was able to sell my home for higher than the initial target price. Repair, negotiation, legal reviews, CO acquirement, and more of those which we recognize as pain points have been well-mitigated. I'm absolutely grateful and delighted to find Stefanie and her team.

My experience working with Stefanie was absolutely wonderful. As a first time home buyer, I was still trying to understand all the ins and outs of buying a home and all that came with it. Stefanie thoroughly explained every step of the way to me and never made me feel like my questions were silly. She responded in a timely manner and was quick to help us schedule home tours. Stefanie went above and beyond for us and took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. She was very well informed of the area and each house we looked at and I loved that she helped create a vision for each of them, without being pushy! Her negotiation skills are fantastic and she really went to bat for us. We have been in our house for almost a month now and I couldn’t be more happy. I highly recommend Stefanie for any realtor needs.
