Can FSBO list on the MLS?

Historically, for sale by owner (FSBO) homes were not able to be listed on the MLS. To list a home with the MLS, one must be a licensed real estate agent in that state. While this is still the case, some realtors are willing to list your home on the multiple listing service in exchange for a flat fee.
