Wendy was absolutely amazing. She was on top of it when it came to what we were looking for. She always had us appointments for properties as soon as they hit the market. She lined us up with An amazing local lender, an inspector, estimates for repairs and a great title company. We were never left not knowing what was next or what was going on. We now live in a beautiful home with great neighbors and stress free. I’d recommend her to everyone I know!! She especially works well with first time home buyers. She had our house on the north shore sold super fast!

Wendy promised us nothing but exceptional service and the house of our dreams. After we signed and closed on our house, it was evident that Wendy did not look into the paperwork like she had promised. Our home has flooded 3 times since we closed last July. We are absolutely heartbroken and in a terrible bind. Wendy is not honest, and she doesn’t care about you. She cares about commission. Don’t end up like us and really take the time to find a reliable real estate agent. And if you read this Wendy, for the third time, please stop sending me automated emails asking for me to refer business to you.
