Vadim helped us find our Dream home. It was set to be built and Vadim worked with us and the seller to negotiate a price that worked for both of us. He also worked with the seller to communicate customizations we really wanted. Before we were in contract Vadim spoke with the seller and we agreed to terms. Vadim is a man of his word. This young handsome person - Vadim - did absolutely great job that probably very few would. After reviewing the property, we immediately gave a verbal offer to which he agreed (also verbally) since it was his own property. At this point it was not an official contract yet. Later we learned that shortly after our offer, he had another offer, tens of thousands higher than the one we offered. Yet, Vadim did not change his mind, he kept the promise. That tells volumes of his values and ones of the family he is raised in. Needless to say, thorough the process Vadim was always honest, open, reachable, and professional. God Bless You Vadim!
I would like to start by thanking Vadim for being so patient with us. We finally bought our first home after a long search. This was made possible through prayer and having a good realtor. We liked the house immediately and told Vadim to place an offer, which he did. What he didn't tell us is that he wrote the offer up taking less commission for himself, which meant more money for the seller. There were multiple offers, and the two highest were mine and another all cash offer. The seller decided to go with the offer Vadim wrote up. This small gesture is one of the contributing factors in us finally owning a home, even in a really tough market. The loan officer he recommended also was very helpful and very informative through the whole process. I trusted in Vadim from the very start of our search. To add to it all, I was given a gift card when Vadim delivered me the keys to my house. Vadim was full of surprises and very professional.
