I am older and have lived in the area for over 20 years and have no desire to sell my home. But, if I had the need, or had any friends, looking to buy or sell a home, Alisha Simpkins would be the one I would recommend. Our first experience w Alisha’s team was w Lindsey. She is amazing! She helped us buy a wonderful craftsman in the ‘grid’ at Chico State, our daughter lived for 3 years. We have since successfully used as a student rental. Alisha then lead us through the process of purchasing a multi unit property close to Bidwell Park. Her knowledge of the area, understanding the difference in single and multi unit properties was invaluable in making this purchase. Alisha also helped us buy a home near downtown that was used as an office previously and we returned to a residential home. We also recently sold this same house through Alisha with a nice return! We ended up moving ( kinda of last minute) and Alisha basically saved us! Went through our condo at One Mile while we were out of the country, got it ready( so obviously I completely trust her!!) sold in 4 days over ask!
