Brian helped us search for a home for about a year, and throughout the entire process we never once felt pressured into anything. As first-time buyers, we deeply appreciated his expertise, patience, and guidance. We began our search thinking we wouldn’t be able to find a home that checked all of our boxes within our budget, but Brian reassured us that with time and patience, it was possible. He also connected us with a wonderful local loan consultant who helped us secure the best loan for our needs.Beyond his knowledge and professionalism, Brian is genuinely friendly, approachable, and responsive. No matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot!), he always took the time to explain things clearly and never made us feel dismissed. As two working parents with three toddlers, our schedules were chaotic, but Brian always accommodated us — even scheduling showings outside of typical business hours and happily entertaining a baby so we could take our time viewing a home.We’ve now been in our home for a couple of months and couldn’t be more grateful to have had Brian as our broker. Escrow just closed for my rural residence in Butte County, California, thanks in no small part to the above and beyond efforts of Brian Voigt. June of 2025 was a challenging market for sellers, what with the big mortgage interest rate jump, almost impossible to get and super expensive homeowner's insurance, and the very high wildfire risk of the location. Brian found a very talented photographer to take amazing still and video which also included a virtual tour, then marketed the home not only on the MLS but with ads on Facebook Marketplace and Craig's List. The remote location and unique features of the home had Brian escorting every interested buyer tour, an approach other realtors were unwilling to take. Brian answered all questions, promptly returned my phone calls, text messages, and emails, and successfully addressed issues with both the buyer and the buyer's agent. He was also able to negotiate a selling price that was within the budgets of both buyer and seller, and work with the escrow agent and buyer's finance company to close the deal ahead of the initially proposed closing date. Brian is an experienced, hard working, open minded, flexible, patient, and dedicated broker, who's service was light years beyond the horrible buyer's agents (I fired the first one!) I used for the home I moved to. I not only got a wonderful agent, but a great friend in the bargain. If you're looking for an agent in Butte County, you'll be very hard pressed to find one that even comes close to Brian Voigt.

Brian did an outstanding job assisting us buying our vacation home. Since we live out of the area he was willing to do a lot of task and research that we could not do. He provided a lot of information about the area. He was very professional and organized. He also provided information about local mortgage companies and insurance brokers and property inspectors. We would highly recommend him for any one looking to buy or sell homes in the Paradise area.

As the Trustee of a family estate, I needed assistance selling a home in Chico - which was no small feat, given that I'm not local to the area. Brian was referred to me by a family friend (also in Chico), which was a huge relief since I had no idea where to begin my search. From our initial conversation to the closing of escrow, I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience working with a Real Estate Professional. At times, it seemed almost too good to be true - from his constant communication (never once did I feel like I had to chase him down for an update or information), to his willingness to go above and beyond to help get the home ready to sell. He had referrals for every trade we needed, and everything was scheduled and completed flawlessly. It turns out it wasn't too good to be true - this is just how Brian operates his business! I cannot recommend Brian enough! He worked with me over the course of several months and was always very responsive, friendly, and willing. As a first time home buyer, he provided instrumental information on the area and the process. Brian always explained things in a professional manner that was easy to understand without being condescending in any way! This guy was literally crawling under homes with me, pointing out red flags, providing alternative options that might work for me, and was supportive through the entire tedious process! He also turned me on to lending programs that my lender failed to mention. When I buy again, there is no doubt who I will turn to! Great Agent! Excellent communication! Knowledgeable! He is someone that is pro active and will work hard and put in the time to get your house sold and finding you a house. He knows how to help buyers look for homes that suit them and knows what you need to do to sell your home. That comes from a life time of experience. He is a great guy to work with. Genuine, friendly and caring. Also....he offers the best service at low commission rates. He understands that times have changed and doesn't have those old school high commison rates.

I contacted Karen, Brian's partner, because I was ready to move back to Paradise. She got Brian involved and the two of the them found me a home. I looked at several houses before I bought my home. Some I thought I would want to buy but they explained why the house really did not fit what would be right for me. When we found my home they were there every step of the way. They are what you expect in a realtor but don't always get.
