Doug Speicher helped us when we were out of options. Our original realtor relocated and our second realtor had no desire to help us find property that would suit our growing family. That’s when we turned to Doug. He took us on without question and helped us get the best deal we could on a piece of land that we now call home. 5 stars!

Doug was a pleasure to work with. He knew the right price to market our house at that would stimulate multiple quick offers over the asking price. We were very impressed with his presentation of our property in photographs as well as a video walkthru that got potential buyers excited about our property before even seeing it in person.We will definitely be working with Douglas Speicher for our future sales.

Doug is a great guy and realtor! He was always quick to respond to our texts, emails, calls with answers to our questions. He grew up in our town and knows it well and knows lots of folks around town. He proves to be a great resource for purchasing or selling a home. Doug was amazing. We were coming from about 140 miles away so we wanted to make our trips worth it. Doug fit quite a bit of homes to view each time. His negotiations skills were perfect! He knew what we wanted to spend and made it abundantly clear that we could not affford more.

Very personable and friendly. Very prompt when it came time to sell our home. Process was made easy and paperwork went smooth. Doug wrote a very beautiful add with awsome photos. The process was very fast from begining to end. He was very easy to talk to, and explained the process very well.

We had been looking to downsize and it seemed that every time we saw something interesting, it was already pending. We decided that we needed a full time realtor instead of us just looking at websites. I then contacted Doug as I kept seeing his name pop up on signs and such and remembered that he had contacted me a few years prior and to contact him when we were ready. Well we were finally ready. I did and that day he showed us a house and the next day our offered was accepted. It has truly been a pleasure working with him.
