Troy was extremely helpful while I was purchasing property for the first time. He has great knowledge, gave me sound advice, and helped me through the process every step of the way. There were extra fees that the title company tried to throw in, to which he contacted them and had them remove. He has a team that is knowledgeable and contacts you back. The process can be slow and then all of a sudden fast paced, Troy was able to slow it down for me so I didn’t feel rushed and made the decision that I wanted. I thank him so much for his confidence and composure.

Troy Davis and his team were absolutely amazing! He was able to help me as an out-of-town owner get my property ready for sale and even coordinated junk removal. Troy Davis (Troy Davis Real Estate) and team did a great job selling the property in a challenging market. His regular communication helped a lot - especially since we live in a different county. Also, Troy’s familiarity with the local market was key for making price and renovation/repair decisions and he was efficient at acquiring contractor quotes for inspections, repairs, cleaning, etc. Also, I’ll add the title company we worked with, Timios, did a great job as well. I would definitely recommend Troy and his team and would be happy to work with them again in the future!

Troy Davis and his team go the extra mile. We had to move unexpectedly so we weren't able to get our home sales-ready. When we contacted Troy, he took on the task. He was able to coordinate cleaning, light repairs and other fixes to make our place look beautiful, ready for market. The online pictures emphasized all the best features of our home. We got offers within 30 days. During the process, Troy and staff were great communicators, very easy to work with and kind. We were confident we had the information we needed for any decisions we had to make. We can't thank Troy Davis Real Estate enough for selling our home. Troy Davis Real Estate was incredible! My dad passed away, and I was responsible for selling his home while living in a different city. Troy Davis and his team at Troy Davis Real Estate helped me understand the local market, identify repairs that should be made before putting the house on the market, secured quotes for work and managed the contractors, and answered any and all questions I had throughout the process. They went above and beyond for me. Best of all, they priced the house so well that I received 6 offers the first weekend the house was on the market, and we closed escrow in less than 45 days at a price ABOVE asking! Huge thanks to them for making a very challenging time and situation in my life easier.

In my case I needed to sell my home after a major health crisis stopped me in my track PLUS coordinate a move back to the Folsom area to be closer to my healthcare. While I was feeling under the weather, Troy and his team took charge and helped me with the entire home presale prep process. I could not have accomplished these tasks on my own. The sales description of my home was enticing. The photos are outstandingly professional. My Home sold within two weeks, and everyone is pleased with the outcome.
