Horrible experience. Had business listed for 2 years,came down $110k in price,only 5 showings,two of which she was more than 15 minutes late and I showed my own property. No open houses or special promotions at all. When she presented accepted offer,which was $35k less than the $110k I had already come down,she told me she would email net sheet later. It was then I discovered she had me paying buyers spring taxes,I demanded she change it. After everything was signed,she sent final email before closing stating I also was paying buyers agent fee,(she was buyers agent), I never agreed to that but it was too late and she never mentioned it. She did a great job for the buyers I am sure,but she was supposed to be working for me.

Very kind, hard working and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! She is always ready to assist and answe any questions we had. We sold our home for the asking price. Transition was great. We moved to Texas and most of our communication was phone, text and email. She even had us set up with electronic closing and this went smoothly. Very happy all around! She has a great team working with her.

TINA DID EVERYTHING RIGHT OT HELP US PURCHASE OUR HOME IN CREEKSIDE WHILE WE WERE IN FLORIDA. DID NOT GET MUCH HELP FROM THE LISTING AGENT, SHE GOT THE BY-LAWS OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR US AND THE LATEST LANDSCAPING MAP. WE ALSO NEEDED AN INVISIBLE FENCE AND SHE HELPED GET THIS ACCOMPLISHED.
