Ryan and his team were responsive, intelligent, thorough, and extremely helpful in getting our house sold. They facilitated over a dozen showings with various realtors, answered our many questions, handled all of the negotiation, and guided us through the home selling process with patience and good care. We can't speak highly enough about our experience that we had with purchasing our new home. Ryan is a dedicated professional that really understood our needs, even when we weren't sure, and helped take the pressure off of us through the entire home purchase process. From the work that he did prior to the exploratory trip, with the great communication during the search and the on-going communication and most importantly, the inspection and closing process. Ryan answered all of our questions, provided great suggestions and there were several times that we can recall that he went above and beyond his job. Very professional. Didn't waste my time with homes he knew I wouldn't like. Extremely knowledgeable! He helped with the selling of my home and the purchasing of another. He called me prior the the phone being listed to show it to me b/c he was intune with my wants. Great vision and extensive follow up. If I ever buy or sell again I will be contracting this team.
