Tim is a fantastic realtor and a wonderful human being. My husband and I were so lucky to have met Tim - he helped us find an excellent home in the Sisters area and then sell it a few years later when a new job required us to relocate. Tim is a real professional: I don't think anyone knows the central Oregon real estate market better. He did thorough research to help us find the home we wanted at the right price and then to price it appropriately when it was time to sell. He is an excellent negotiator, too, which really made a difference both when we bought and when we sold. He is ethical, a hard worker, and always helpful and ready with practical advice on all aspects of buying, selling and relocating. He is highly recommended!

Tim's knowledge of Black Butte Ranch, his patience working with us to find the right home and just general competence throughout the buying process was exemplary. When buying a home there are times when you wonder just what is the agent there for - and why they should command their fees. This is absolutely not the case with Tim.... We would use him again in a heart-beat, would recommend him unreservedly - worth every penny!

Tim helped us buy the house of our dreams in Bend -- lots of knotty alder and stone, a huge deck, and nestled among massive pine trees! He also helped us sell a 50-acre farm near Sisters, and within the first week we had five offers to select from. He has our trust and highest recommendation. He and his associate Anna McMaster were both patient and super flexible in showing us many houses until we found just exactly the right one. He is also thoroughly versed in the intricacies of selling farm land. Tim has solid knowledge of market conditions and real estate pricing. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience working with Tim for purchasing our new home in Sisters. We found him by accident when the idea of moving here was more of a thought bubble than anything else and we found his name on a lot listing sign and decided to reach out with just a few random questions. I grew up in Bend and had knew some realtors in the area that we could have worked with, but Tim was so responsive and so easy to communicate with right from the get go that we stuck with him; and luckily he stuck with us, because we were a little all over the place with our wants and needs.Long story short, we stayed in touch for about 6 months while our thought bubbles turned to reality and we ended up with a place that we absolutely love. And, as an extra bonus, we think we found a friend and a great guy to network with in our new community.Thanks Tim!
