Jaclyn Oakland @ the Ladd Group is amazing!!! She was absolutely clutch in our home buying journey. Not only did she totally suggest the perfect neighborhood for us, but she was able to masterfully negotiate a very tough offer we made on our dream property. I'm still not sure how she pulled that off, but we sure are glad she did. Nothing but good things to say about Erin Martin and the Ladd Group. We worked with Erin to purchase our new home in Bend, which closed in May. We started the hunt with Erin at the holidays and she got to know what we were looking for quickly. Erin was very proactive in sending us info on available homes that met our criteria and provided insights into the properties that were invaluable, given that we were not local.On a weekend trip to Bend to look at houses, Erin lined up an excellent set of homes to view using our input. The day was efficiently organized and resulted in an offer on a home we now can say we own.Right on the heels of making this offer, the COVID-19 situation exploded, creating a great deal of uncertainty in the market. Erin and her colleagues at the Ladd Group did a great job of ushering the deal through the uncertainty. Our buyer specialist at the Ladd Group, Jaclyn Oakland, is absolutely phenomenal. We purchased our home in Bend remotely, and Jaclyn took care of every last detail. Aside from finding us the property, she saw to it that we were informed and comfortable during every step of the process. She even went so far as to help us with appliance delivery and blind installation after our closing - items she was not obligated to help us with at all. I feel very fortunate that Alice Fairbairn was the realtor to walk me through the process of buying my first home!
